On April 21 2022, Adelard was acquired by global cyber security expert NCC Group.
NCC Group’s acquisition of Adelard demonstrates our continued investment in supporting our customers to improve their cyber resilience posture by integrating both safety and security frameworks.
This acquisition represents an opportunity to deepen and strengthen our offering into the Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems space which will grow strongly over the next 10 years; we can now offer an extension of our existing risk management services into the space to support our customers and prospects with a more complete range of services into safety critical systems.
Adelard’s critical system safety advisory portfolio complements NCC Group’s extensive cyber and software resilience portfolio, enabling a comprehensive service lifecycle from assessment, design, deployment, and evaluation expertise through to ongoing managed services.
